RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be heading the entire department and will be in charge of the overall facility.
- Manages the overall operations of a wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and reporting practices
- Oversees the functionality of all departments
- Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets and extensive knowledge of department processes.

POSITION: Sales Engineer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent position | Full time
REQUIREMENT:
- Work experience of 3-5 years in water treatment industry
- Excellent communication/interpersonal, negotiation and technical skills.
EDUCATION: UG (Any specialisation), PG (Any specialisation) preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying new product and finalizing the sales strategy.
- Market testing & introduction of the product in the market.
- Experience in selling / marketing and handling industrial products/services.
- Must be open to travelling
POSITION: Manager(laboratory)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent position | Full time
REQUIREMENT:
- Work experience of 12-15 years out of which at least 3 years of experience at supervisory position in drinking water, waste water, water treatment chemicals and soil testing lab having facilities as per IS / ISO, ALPHA and ASTM procedures.
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 procedures
- Experience in operation of UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption spectrophotometer, ICP-AES, Gas Chromatograph, HPLC and other related instruments.
- Working knowledge of wastewater sampling and routine process control tests.
EDUCATION: First Class B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and M.Sc. (Chemistry – Inorganic / Analytical) from a reputed university / institution
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to develop, organize, and improve the management records and reports pertinent to the activities for Regulatory Compliance
- Personnel management of assigned department to include recruiting, job assignments, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, labour allotment etc.
- Maintain chemical inventory, stock supplies and general grounds/facility maintenance
- Assist in the collection and analysis of wastewater samples and perform various lab test, sample collection, waste removal and other remediation services as needed.
- Ensure that laboratory and plant cost reporting, revenue reporting, and other financial data are accurate and submitted timely
Responsible for assuring routine inspection and preventive maintenance and/or minor repair of plant and laboratory equipment, ensuring that they are functioning properly and in a safe and efficient work environment.
